本科毕业设计（论文） 东莞市德正会计师事务所的人才激励机制探析 学 院 经济管理学院 专 业 工商管理 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 年 月 日 摘 要 随着我国开放会计市场，东莞的会计师事务所的逐渐出现，竞争日渐加剧，德正会计师事务所作为东莞地区成立时间最长的会计师事务所CPA行业的核心。具体来说，以人为载体的知识以及运用知识创造价值的能力是CPA行业可持续发展必不可少的因素要维持并促进CPA行业的可持续发展必须加大人力投入，调动广大CPA人员的积极性使其充满着一股内在的动力，朝着所期望的目标不断奋进。 首先，本文将阐述本课题选题背景及意义、论文内容构成及研究方法。 其次，本文将简要叙述德正会计师事务所人才激励现状。 再次，本文将对德正会计师事务所人才激励的问题进行分析。 最后，本文将运用激励理论，提出加强会计师事务所人才激励策略与建议。 关键词：德正会计师事务所，会计人员,激励 Abstract With the opening of the accounting market, Dong Guan accounting firm is taking a keen competition. Dong Guan City Diligent Certified Public Accountants has the longest history in Dong Guan city, how to attract talent and how to keep the talented is the current should attach importance to the issue. The person is the core of CPA profession. Specifically, human-vector knowledge and the application of knowledge to create value is the ability CPA essential for sustainable development to factors CPA to maintain and promote the sustainable development of industries. Therefore, Diligent Certified Public Accountants must increase manpower and improve the incentive mechanism to arouse CPAs’ enthusiasm that it is full of an intrinsic motivation towards the desired goal of forging ahead. I will approach a subject about Diligent Certified Public Accountants Incentive Mechanism from different angles. At first, I will introduce the topic selection background and significance; the thesis to constitutes and research methods. The second, I will describe the present condition of Dong Guan City Diligent Certified Public Accountants. The third, I will analyze the problems of motivating CPA for Dong Guan City Diligent Certified Public Accountants. At last, I will use the incentive theory, and put forward strengthening accounting firm talent incentive strategies and suggestion.
