摘要 本文是探讨AQ360L线切割机导向器的加工过程。从分析导向器零件图开始 ,详细了解其工作情况，全面分析其必须具备的机械性能及综合性能，选择和确定合适的工件材料，制定毛坯选用方案。运用AutoCAD, UG等软件对导向器的表面加工方法、加工顺序、刀具的选用及切削用量的选择作进一步分析，从而拟定加工工艺路线和加工工序，并对工艺路线进行分析比较，确定了更为合理的方案。选择和确定了零件加工所需的设备，拟定工件装夹定位方案、数控加工工艺卡片、数控加工刀具卡片。在工艺分析的基础上，确定编程坐标系及编程原点、数值计算并编写加工程序，以期获得最有效和最经济的加工。 通过本次对AQ360L线切割机上的导向器加工过程的探讨，了解了零件的基本分析、加工的全面内容，掌握了一般零件数控加工的基本方法，综合运用了所学的机械知识，加深了对大学所学专业课程的理解，为今后利用所学知识，在工作中解决具体问题打下了坚实的基础。 关键词：导向器 加工工艺 精度 Abstract This article is a director of AQ360L EDM machining process.
