漳州师范学院 毕业论文（设计） 基于PLC控制冷媒系统的设计 The Auto-controlling system About Cool-medium Based On PLC 2010 年 12 月 15 日 摘 要 论文阐述了可基于PLC控制的冷媒系统设计。主要介绍了基于PLC控制冷媒系统的总体设计方案、设计过程、组成，列出了具体的主要硬件框图、软件设计的控制梯形图和附加程序。结合日常生活的应用，本设计主要采用FX系列PLC进行对系统的主要部分进行控制，即对冷媒充填机进行控制，而冷媒充填机内设两条通道，一条为真空通道，一条为冷媒剂通道。在系统进行充填冷媒剂时，要先进行抽真空，保证系统的安全性和可靠性。抽真空符合后，进行接通快速接头，压缩空气使针状阀顶开系统内的冷媒通道，然后打开真空阀门，抽真空电动机启动，开始抽真空。需要达到的压力、真空度检测总的时间、检漏时间和抽真空时间在程序中按规定要求设定，最后开始灌注冷媒。采用PLC主要是因为投入少，系统使用寿命长，维护容易，编程简单易学。 关键词：可编程控制器；冷媒；充填机 Abstract There has been expounded can based on cold medium system design of PLCs control. There Major introduces the design scheme of mold medium system of PLCs control and the design process and the component, and has listed the concrete major hardware circuit and control of software design trapezoid scheming and additional course. On the basis of the daily life., this dissertation put to use FX’s PLC to control system, that is controlling the fill-medium, In the cold medium automatic backfill system has two channels, the vacuum channel and the cold medium channel. for the refrigerator, the air conditioning pour into in front of the c cold medium, must pull out first the cold medium channel the vacuum, guarantees the backfill the reliability. Therefore, in front of cold intermediary system sufficient intermediary, first opens the fast attachment which the solenoid valve actuates, the compressed air causes the needle valve to go against in the system the cold medium channel, then turns on the vacuum valve, pulls out the vacuum electric motor to start, starts to pull out the vacuum. And than pour into the cool-medium. Using the PLC can madding little input, and system can use permanently, easy to defend, and easy to edit course.
