精品论文 参考文献 辨证分期中药内服-外洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折术后40例临床观察 浏阳市骨伤科医院 湖南浏阳 410327 【摘 要】目的 探讨辨证分期中医内服-外洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗法对桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者预后效果的影响。方法 收集2014 年6 月至2015 年6 月我院收治的桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者80 例，所有患者均接受钢板内固定治疗法，其中40 例患者术后接受常规抗感染、去肿治疗，作为对照组，40 例患者采用辨证分期中药内服-外洗联合关节功能锻炼治疗法，作为观察组，比较两组患者治疗效果和治疗前后骨折复位情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为82.50 %，对照组为60.00 %，Plt;0.05；观察组患者治疗后骨折复位情况明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05。结论 辨证分期中药内服-外洗联合关节功能锻炼可有效提高桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的治疗效果，对于提高患者骨折复位效果具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】辨证分期；中药；内服；外洗；桡骨远端不稳定性骨折 【Abstract】 objective to investigate the differentiation stage of traditional Chinese medicine internal and outside - wash joint joint functional exercise therapy effect on the prognosis of patients with unstable distal radius fracture. Results observation group treatment effective rate of 82.50%，60.00%，the control group（P lt; 0.05；Observation group after treatment in patients with fracture condition was better than control group，P lt; 0.05）.
