精品论文 参考文献 运动治疗对2型糖尿病人群血糖和生活质量的影响 中南大学湘雅医院 湖南长沙 410008 摘要：目的：研究分析运动治疗对2型糖尿患者血糖及生活质量的影响。方法：将 2014年12月1日至2013年1月1日我院收取的糖尿病患者156例随机分为对照组（78例）和治疗组（78例）。对照组给予基础护理，治疗组则以基础护理结合护理干预性运动治疗的方式进行治疗。分析对比两组患者经治疗前后各相关生化指标及生活治疗评定结果的变化。结果：两组治疗前后各项生化指标比较均具差异性，而经治疗及综合护理后治疗组的糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、空腹血糖（FPG）、收缩压、舒张压及血浆比粘度测量值均小于对照组。且治疗组36条简明健康状况调查结果显著优于对照组。结论：护理干预性运动治疗可有效降低糖尿病患者的血糖水平，提高胰岛素受体的兴奋性，减少微血???病变，提高生活质量，为2型糖尿病的治疗提供了不良反应少并可长期执行的有效方法。 关键词：运动治疗；2型糖尿病；血糖 【Abstract 】Objective：To study the effect of exercise therapy on the blood glucose and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes..Methods：156 diabetic patients received from January 1，2013 to December 1，2014 were randomly divided into control group （78 cases） and treatment group （78 cases）..The control group was given basic nursing，while the treatment group was treated by the combination of basic nursing and nursing intervention..The changes of the biochemical indexes and the results of life treatment for the two groups were analyzed and compared..Results：The biochemical markers of the two groups before and after treatment were compared with difference，and after treatment and comprehensive nursing treatment group of glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c），postprandial 2H plasma glucose （2hPG），fasting plasma glucose （FPG），systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure and plasma viscosity measurement values were less than that of the controls.The results of 36 simple health status of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion：Nursing intervention of exercise therapy can effectively reduce the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients，enhance the excitability of the insulin receptor，reduce microvascular disease and improve the quality of life，less adverse reaction and can be carried out for a long time the effective method for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. 【Keywords】Exercise therapy；Type 2 diabetes；Blood glucose 糖尿病为以慢性高血糖为特征的常见病，根据病理
