精品论文 参考文献 运用医护一体化模式提高护士临床科研能力的实践与效果 劳豫玲 　　(广东省台山市中医院外一科 广东台山 529200) 　　【摘要】目的：探讨运用医护一体化模式提高护士临床科研能力的实践与效果。方法：2012年9月组成科研学习小组，运用医护一体化模式促进医护在临床科研中相互合作，观察比较医护一体化模式实施前后护士的科研基础知识、统计学知识、统计学操作、论文写作知识及发表论文数及参与科研的人数变化情况。结果：实施后护理人员的科研基础知识、统计学知识、统计学操作、论文写作知识较实施前护理人员均明显提高(Plt;0.05)；实施后护理人员的发表论文数与参与科研人数较实施前护理人员均明显提高(Plt;0.05)。结论：运用医护一体化模式可以有效的增强护士的科研意识及科研能力，提高护理人员的主动性、积极性、创造性，推动护理科研工作的??利展开，促进护理理论知识及技能的不断更新，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】医护一体化模式 护士 临床科研能力 实践 效果 　　【中图分类号】R192 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）17-0119-01 　　With the model of doctor-nurse collaborating practice and effect of clinical scientific research ability of the nurses 　　Lao Yuling 　　Department of First Surgical,Guangdong Taishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine( Guangdong Taishan 529200) 　　【Abstract】Objective:Explore the use of doctor-nurse collaborating model to improve the ability of nurses in clinical practice and research results. Methods:Composition in September of 2012 scientific research study groups, doctor-nurse collaborating model to promote the use of medical care in the clinical research of mutual cooperation in scientific research and basic knowledge of observed and compared before and after the implementation of the doctor-nurse collaborating modelof nurse, statistics, statistical operations, essay writing knowledge and change of the number of published papers and the number of people involved in scientific research.Result:After implementation, the basics of nursing research, statistical knowledge, statistical operations, essay writing knowledge than before nurses were significantly increased (P lt;0.05); After implementation, the number of papers published and nurses involved in research than before the number of nurses were significantly increased (P lt;0.05).Conclusion:Use of doctor-nurse collaborating model can effectively enhance scientific awareness and research capacity of nurses to improve nursing initiative, enthusiasm and creativity
