摘 要 随着网络技术的发展，网上教学资源越来越丰富，基于网络的教学资源库的建设也越来越受到人们的重视。开发建设的各种歌曲点播网站也越来越多，越来越受到学习者的欢迎。这些歌曲点播网站不但是使学习者的学习更加多元化，更加便利，更为广泛，而且，也可以使网上的资源得到有效的利用。 本文分析了选题的背景意义以及要解决的主要问题；介绍了建设网站的相关技术和软件，包括VOD技术、流媒体技术、ASP、Access和Dreamweaver MX 2004软件；设计了网站的功能模块和数据库。其中，重点介绍了网站首页、用户管理模块、歌曲搜索模块、歌曲信息显示模块、歌曲栏目模块、在线交流模块和后台管理模块的设计和具体实现过程。最终实现了一个面向儿童的，可以多种格式点播的，便于儿童学习交流的，能在网络中运行的歌曲点播网站。 关键词：视音频点播，网站开发，儿童歌曲  ABSTRACT With the development of network technology, online learning resources is more and more rich. Of course, network-building library of teaching resources have been subject to more and more attention. The development and construction of songs on-demand becoming more and more, and welcomed by the majority of learners. These songs on-demand Web site to achieve a variety of formats, facilitate the exchange of students to learn songs and make learning more diversified, convenient and widely. This paper analyzes the significance of the topic, as well as the background of the main problems to be solved: It introduces the technologies and software relevant with the website, including VOD technology, streaming media technology, ASP, Access and Dreamweaver MX 2004 software. It designs the functional modules of the website and database. Besides, the key issues is the introduction of the design and implement of home page, the user management module, song search module, song information display module, song section module, on-line exchange and back-office management module of the website.
