毕 业 论 文 论文题目 远香舫一期配套商品房（Ⅰ标）工程 院 系 建筑工程系 专 业 工程管理 姓 名 学 号 起讫日期 2012-1-20-2012-4-30 指导教师 2012 年 1 月 20 日 摘 要 随着建筑业管理体质改革深化，工程项目管理越来越收受到人们的重视，其管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素，而质量、进度、成本控制是其中最为重要的管理要点。 本文以施工项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，指定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。 关键词：施工项目管理 进度计划 质量规划 成本规划 建筑工程专业 Abstract With the development of the construction industry management system reform deepening, project management becomes more and more close attention, its management level has become the enterprise survival and the development of the first elements, and the quality, schedule, cost control is one of the most important management essentials. Taking the construction project as an example, combining the actual situation of the project, the partial construction scheme for the detailed design. Application of progress control of the basic theoretical knowledge, from project management point of view, for the project from start to completion and acceptance of the whole process of the system schedule planning and design, the use of the Gantt chart and network chart on the schedule are analyzed, and according to the actual situation puts forward concrete assurance plan implementation measures; quality and safety aspects, specifies the strict technical, organizational measures, aiming at the common problems in construction projects, focusing on issues of planning, establish corresponding management organization, to ensure the quality and safety programs to achieve very good.
