广东工业大学 华立学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 泰美变电站扩建工程施工组织设计 论文题目 泰美变电站扩建工程施工组织设计 学 部 城建学部 专 业 工程管理 班 级 09工程管理7班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 设 计 总 说 明 本设计课题来源于本人在生产实习、毕业实习中的工作体会，是针对泰美变电站扩建工程项目进行的施工组织设计。施工组织设计是工程施工建设前准备工作中的重要内容和步骤，对工程的成本控制、质量保证、和如期竣工起着关键作用。从工程概况、施工现场平面布置、施工进度计划、质量管理、安全管理及组织机构等方面进行设计。它结合了实习过程中的工作体会以及许多专业资料，具有实际的、可操作的意义。而且从中也突出了人与自然之间的和谐关系，尤其是建设管理专业，应该为环境保护做出文明的一面。在此之外，这次施工组织设计体验了以人为本，安全第一的原则，充分地体现管理之中的人文关怀，这也是管理方式的表现。 关键词：施工组织设计，施工进度计划，质量，安全，组织结构 General Design Description This design task from me in production practice, graduation practice of work experience, with substation tai mei expansion project of the construction organization design. The construction organization design is engineering construction preparation work before the important content and steps of project cost control, quality assurance, and duly completed play a key role. From engineering survey, construction site layout, construction schedule, quality management, safety management and organization design, etc. It combines the practice in the process of work experience and many professional material, is practical, workable meaning. And it also highlighted the harmony between man and nature harmonious relationship, especially construction management major, should be made environmental protection one of civilization.
