M ethods Fifty foreign students physical exam ination records w ere searched by Google, then the contents of those foreign records w ere classified and analyzed. Results Foreign student physical exam ination records w ere m ainly com posed of the follow ing 5 parts: Student inform ation, m edical history, mi munization record, physical exam and physician assessment. The physical exam including m orpho log ical, m edical, surgical, ophtha lmo logy and otorhinolaryngology and accessory exam inations. Conclusion Student physical exam ination record in China has certain comm on part as fore ign student physical exam ination records, but also a lot differences.
