精品论文 参考文献 针刺配合综合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的临床研究 殷海锟 雷晓春 韩 焱 　　北京市宣武区广内医院 内科 北京 100053 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：150例脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组75例。对照组采用常规康复训练，研究组在对照组的基础上进行针刺治疗，2周为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：研究组总有效率89.3%，显著高于对照组的72.0%。两组患者治疗后饮水试验评分均显著下降，组间比较，研究组显著低于对照组，两组患者治疗后藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评分均显著升高，组间比较，研究组显著高于对照组，两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均显著升高，组间比较，研究组显著高于对照组。 结论：针刺配合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】针刺；康复训练；脑卒中；吞咽功能障碍 　　【中图分类号】R657 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0038-02 　　Clinical study of acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in treatment of post stroke swallowing dysfunction 　　【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in treatment of post stroke swallowing dysfunction. Methods：150 cases of post stroke swallowing dysfunction patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, study group received acupuncture on the basis of control group, 2 weeks for 1 courses, a total of 3 courses of treatment. The clinical efficacies of two groups were compared. Results：The total efficiency in study group was 89.3%, significantly higher than that in control group (72%,Plt;0.05). Water drinking test scores decreased in both groups, while it in study group was significantly lower than that in control group. Toshima Ichiro swallowing score increased in both groups, while it in study group was significantly higher than that in control group. The quality of life score increased in both groups, while it in study group was significantly higher than that in control group.
