精品论文 参考文献 针对性卫生支农服务对提高心脑血管疾病防治作用的探讨 江苏省徐州市中心医院 221009 【摘要】目的 通过针对性卫生支农加强基层医疗机构卫生建设，提高医护人员诊疗水平，提高农村居民心脑血管病的防治能力。方法 主动深入基层开展医疗机构服务需求调查，根据调查情况制定卫生支农方案，向基层卫生医务人员提供进修学习机会，三级医院专家主动深入基层开展义诊、专科培训，同时广泛开展居民心脑血管病健康教育。结果 基层医务人员诊疗技术水平得到提高，为基层群众就医提供方便，居民自我保健意识得到加强。结论 针对性卫生支农服务对促进城乡居民卫生服务均等化起到较好的积极推动作用。 【关键词】针对性；卫生支农；心脑血管疾病防治 Targeted discussions on medical supports for rural areas services to improve the prevention role of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Xuzhou，Jiangsu Province，Central Hospital Huangwenli Luhui Mengguihua Yangzhongxian Wuenling 221009 【Abstract】Objective Through targeted medical supports for rural areas to strengthen primary medical health institutions，improve diagnosis and treatment level of medical personnel and improve the prevention and treatment ability of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases of rural residents. Method Initiatively go down to the grass-roots units to carry out medical institutions service demands investigation，make scheme of medical supports for rural areas by investigation，provide learning opportunities to basic medical personnel，Grade-III hospital expert are active close to the grassroots to carry out clinic，specialty training，and extensively carry out health education for residents of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. Results Primary healthcare workers in diagnosis and treatment get improved，convenience for grass roots medical need provided，resident self-health care consciousness strengthened.
