精品论文 参考文献 预防性应用布地奈德雾化吸入对声带息肉术后咽喉部并发症的缓解作用 张春明 仲艳玲 殷国平 [摘 要]目的 探讨术前预防性应用布地奈德雾化吸入对改善声带息肉术后咽喉部并发症的疗效。方法 将90例声带息肉手术患者随机分为A组(n=30，予以布地奈德1mg术前1 h、术后6、24和48 h雾化吸入)、B组(n=30，予以布地奈德1 mg术后6，24和48 h雾化吸入)和C组(n=30，术后同时段予以生理盐水雾化吸入)。观察各组患者术后咽喉部不适症状，评价不同给药方式对患者术后咽喉部症状和体征的疗效。结果 A组术后各时段的咽喉疼痛评分均优于B、C两组，B组与C组术后48h的咽喉疼痛评分有统计学意义（P＜0.05），其他时段无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入能有效减轻声带息肉摘除术后咽喉部损伤，术前给药能起到预防作用。 [关键词] 布地奈德 雾化吸入 声带息肉 咽喉疼痛 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.16.56 作者单位：张春明，210000，江苏省南京市，南京大学医学院；仲艳玲，殷国平，210000，江苏省南京市，南京市第二医院。 通讯作者：殷国平，Email 。 Effects of budesonide suspension inhalation on relieving postoperative throat complications after operation of vocal cord polyp Zhang Chun-ming , Zhong yan-ling , Ying guo-ping . Abstract: 0bjective To investigate the effects of preoperative prophylactic budesonide aerosol inhalation on relieving postoperative throat complications after operation of vocal cord polyp Methods 90 patients scheduled for vocal cord polyp were randomly divided into group A(n=30, 1 mg budesonide suspension inhalation 1 h before operation and 6 h，24 h and 48 h after operation). group B(n=30, 1 mg budesonide suspension inhalation 6 h，24 h and 48 h after operation) and group C(n=30, inhalation of normal saline 6 h，24 h and 48 h after operation). The conditions of throat were observed in each group after operation, for evaluating the efficacy in different ways. Results The scoring of sore throat at each time point after operation in group A were significantly lower than the other two groups(P＜0.05). there were significant differences in the scoring of sore throat between group B and group C (P＜0.05), while there was no significant difference in the other times. (P＞0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of budesonide suspension is effective in reducing the throat injury caused by surgery of vocal cord polyp，and preoperative administration may have preventive function to some degree.
