企业自主创新能力因素分析与对策研究.doc

摘 要 随着我国经济全球化进程的加快以及经济体制改革的不断深化。自主创新在参与国际竞争和促进国家经济转型中的作用越来越重要。自主特性的体现和以市场为导向的“创新”价值的实现的统一过程创新对企业有重要的意义。企业只有通过自主创新，形成核心竞争力，才能真正掌握自己的命运，实现可持续发展。但企业在创新的过程中，不可避免地会受到政策、人力、技术、市场环境、情报档案等诸多因素的影响和制约。因此，本文将企业自主创新的影响因素作为研究主线，结合实际情况，构建起中小企业自主创新影响因素的对策体系. 当前我国自主创新体制尚不健全，机制尚不完善，严重影响和制约了自主创新能力的培育和发挥，成为建设创新型国家进程中必须着力加以解决的突出问题，必须依靠体制机制的完善和创新来加以突破。其中，政府、企业、社会承担着不同的功能，发挥着重要作用。从上研究出发最后分别从企业和政府的层面，提出了有助于企业自主创新的政策建议，以期能对企业自主创新能力的提升以及外部创新环境的改善有所帮助。 关键词：自主创新能力；；ABSTRACT With Chinas accelerated economic globalization and the deepening of economic reform in international competition, independent innovation and promote the role of national economic transformation has become increasingly important. self feature of the expression and market-driven innovation realize the value of the enterprise unified process innovation is significant only through independent innovation enterprises, form the core competitiveness in order to truly control their own destiny and achieve sustainable development.
