双路床单位消毒器的设计 摘 要 当前，科学技术的进步使人们对健康的要求将变得更加高，这就迫切需要引入先进的臭氧消毒技术来跟踪这种变化。双路床单位消毒器作为最新消毒器械，其产生对于生产，生活有着重要的意义。该器械产生的臭氧浓度可调，适用各种床单位；可利用左右通道同时处理相邻两张病床；可适用于公共场所的器件及空气灭菌消毒；消毒时间数码直观显示，时间可随意设定。 本设计完成的是采用臭氧消毒的双路医用设备，包括空气压缩机及臭氧发生器，臭氧发生器的出气端同时还连接有电磁阀，该电磁阀和外接的空气发生器配合构成臭氧浓度调节装置，其主要包括空气压缩机的控制开关，通过相位控制实现对臭氧发生量的控制以产生不同的浓度，以及臭氧发生的时间可调。　 双路床单位消毒器可为各类用户尽可能经济地提供可靠而合乎标准要求的臭氧浓度，以随时满足不同的杀菌要求。将其应用于各个公共场所，可满足人们对健康的需求，同时也有利于国家卫生工作的顺利开展。 关键词：臭氧 ；床单位消毒器 ；AT89C52；电磁阀 Design of Double- road- bed -sheet Disinfecting Machine Abstract At present, the health requirements of people will become more with the progress in science and technology. There is an urgent need to introduce advanced ozone disinfection technology to track these changes. As the latest disinfect apparatus, the double -road -bed -sheet has been included in appointed disinfecting method .Its creation plays an important role in our production and life. The ozone density of that apparatus applied various bed sheet is adjustable. It can make use of or so passage to handle two sickbeds in the meaning. It could be applied as machine as air germ disinfectant in the public place. The time of disinfectant is manifested visually, time can be set at will. What this thesis completion double -road -medical equipments, a kind of practical new medical bed ozone disinfecting machine, including the air compressor and ozone of road conjunction. The vent of ozone links electromagnetism valve, which matches with circumscribe of air occurrence and has composed ozone-density-regulating device. The device mainly including the control switch of the air compression controlling the quantity of ozone occurrence is adjustable. Dual-bed unit sterilizer provides the ozone concentration as possible for a variety of users in order to be ready at all times to meet different requirements sterilization.
