布袋除尘器控制系统软件设计 摘 要 布袋除尘器作为一种高效率除尘设备，目前在各种工业部门广泛应用。近年来,随着越来越严格的环境质量要求以及国民经济的快速良性发展,布袋除尘器相应地出现相当大的生产量增长,它的种类也在不断增加。随着现代的生产技术要求不断在提高,如何设计适合整个布袋除尘系统的自动控制也显得尤为必要和十分实际,不仅对控制污染、保护环境和提高粉尘气体处理设备的能力和效率有重要的作用,在减少人工劳动工作、增加系统的易控制性和可靠性、节约能源和资源方面同样具有十分重大的经济意义。 本文系统地介绍了工业布袋除尘系统软件设计的一系列过程。首先就布袋除尘器对工业生产和环境保护的重要性进行一定的阐述,对布袋除尘器的组成和工艺原理进行了简单的介绍，然后使用step7编程软件对布袋除尘器进行控制程序（包括清灰、输灰、卸灰和灰仓部分）的编写。本文用西门子S7-300PLC控制的袋式除尘器可实现清灰、输灰、卸灰工艺的自动运行及各个除尘室独立手动控制。利用PLC性能稳定功能强大的特点及相应软件的仿真功能使除尘器更加容易操控调试，从而高效能地运行。 关键字：布袋除尘器控制系统 自动控制 S7-300 PLC 清灰 卸灰 The bag dust collector’s ? Software design of control system ABSTRACT The Bag dust collector, as a kind of high efficient dust removal equipment, has been widely used in various industrial departments. In recent years, with the development of the national economy and more and more stringent environmental protection requirements, the bag dust collector has considerable growth in output, its varieties are also growing. With the improvement of requirements of modern production technology, it become more important to design the automatic control of whole bag dust remover system suitablely, which not only have important role to control pollution, protect the environment, and are efficient to improve the ability and efficiency of dust remover equipment、to reduce manul labor work、 to increase the reliability of the system、to save energy and also has important economic significance. This paper mainly introduces the software design process of industrial bag dust remover’s control system . First of all this paper introduces the significance of bag dust remover to environmental protection and industrial production ,and have a simple introduction pointed at the bag dust remover’s composition and working principle , and then use step7 programming software to write programs for the control system.Using the Siemens S7-300 PLC control bag dust remover can realize soot and ash, the discharging process to run automatically and realize manual control of each dust chamber independentl
