内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目： 达茂东源铁矿年产170万吨 初步设计 学生姓名： 张丽 学 号： 200540603138 专 业： 矿物资源工程 班 级： 矿物资源工程05级（1）班 指导教师： 郝全明 教授 摘 要 本设计是达茂东源铁矿露天开采的工艺与开拓设计。年产量170万吨,最低标高1470米，台阶高度10米。设计包括露天矿合理帮坡角确定，采用境界剥采比不大于经济合理剥采比的原则圈定露天开采境界，并进行可采储量及平均剥采比的计算，用矿山延深速度验证生产能力。编制露天矿采掘进度计划时，用平均剥采比乘以系数的方法初定生产剥采比，电铲效率根据类似矿山确定。 本矿采用汽车螺旋坑线开拓。 工艺部分包括穿孔设备选型及其数量的计算、电铲设备的选型及其数量的计算、汽车数量的计算及选型、推土机选型及数量计算、辅助设备的选型及数量的计算等。爆破方法的选择及药量计算，运输调车方式的选择，排土方法的选择及排土计算。 关键词：露天开采 开拓 工艺 采掘进度计划 Abstract This open-pit exploitation and development design is applied to Damao Dong Yuan Iron Mine, with an annual output of approximately 1.7 million tons, the lowest level of mining is 1470 meters,the hight of step is 10 meters. Open-pit boundary is contoured with the application of the rule of boundary stripping ratio less than or equal to economic stripping ratio. And make a calculation of proved reserves and average stripping ratio. Throughput is verified by extension rate of the mine. When working out the open-pit excavation progress schedule, production stripping ratio is initially decided by the approach of average stripping ratio multiplied by coefficient while efficiency of electric shovel selected on the basis of similar mines.  The mine is exploited by vehicles along the slope of the spiral pit-line. Techniques include the selection and calculation of drilling equipments, electric shovels, vehicles, bulldozer as well as assistant auxiliary equipments. Blasting method is the selection of dosage and calculation; shunting method is the selection as well as the selection of dumping and dumping calculation.
