基于区域产业竞争力角度的长三角创新型城市群建设研究 【摘要】长三角作为我国最具经济活力的地区之一，通过外向型经济的发展已经在全球制造业中占有重要地位。各种规模等级的城镇使其形成了一个体系庞大的城市群落。面对新一轮经济转型发展浪潮，长三角不失时机地提出走创新型城市群发展道路。本文从长三角产业竞争力角度，选取长三角支柱性产业——制造业进行实证分析，发现长三角产业结构具有向“三、二、一”合理布局演化的趋势。由索罗模型测度的产业技术进步情况表明长三角产业技术进步明显，但近几年有所放缓，这意味着长三角创新型城市群建设所基于的产业竞争力提升前景不容乐观。因此，本文建议应当从制度创新和培育特色产业集群入手，依靠科技进步和自主创新，促进区域产业优化升级以为长三角创新型城市群建设铺平道路。 【关键词】长三角；创新型城市群；区域产业竞争力；索洛模型 Abstract: Yangtze River Delta has played an important role in global manufacturing industry through the development of export-oriented economy, which is one of the most economically competitive regions. Various scale levels of cities contribute a large system of city communities. Facing the wave of a new round of economic restructuring and development, the Yangtze River Delta seizes the opportunity to build innovative city cluster. From the perspective of the Yangtze River Delta industrial competitiveness, this article selects the triangle pillar industries—manufacturing to make an empirical analysis. We find that the Yangtze River Delta’s industrial structure turn to an evolutionary trend of “Three, two, one” rational distribution. Measured by the Solow Model, it shows that the Yangtze River Delta’s industrial technology progress significantly. But it has slowed down in recent years, which means that the Yangtze River Delta’s innovative city cluster based on the industrial competitiveness’s improvement is not optimistic. Therefore, this article suggests that we need to focus on the system innovation and foster unique industrial clusters, also we should rely on technological progress and independent innovation to make regional industry upgrading, so it can pave the way for construction of the Yangtze River Delta’s innovative city cluster.
