论文摘要
随着中国社会和经济的不断发展，国内快递市场规模不断扩大，而国内快递
市场的一步步开放，导致市场竞争日趋激烈。邮政速递要想巩固并逐步扩大其市
场份额，需要对其传统网络模式进行调整和改革，使其更加符合市场竞争的需要，
以支持业务的快速发展。本文首先对三种主要的网络模式，即点点直达、中转和
Hub模式进行了分析和比较，并在分析世界著名物流公司成功案例和邮政速递运
行现状及主要问题的基础上，对网络结构、混合网络模式实旖的可行性、网络节
点选择、运输网络构建等方面进行了较为详细的论证和分析。最后提出了“邮政
速递应该在未来几年里建立起点点直达、中转和Hub混合的运输网络模式，形
成相对集中的分拣处理模式，搭建起以邮政自主航空为主、民航为辅的航空骨干
网络”的结论。
