新课改背景下教师的基本素质研究 孙春艳 摘要：实施新一轮的课程改革是时代的需要，其目的之一就是达到培养学生的创新能力和实践能力，促进每个学生的身心健康发展，培养良好的思想品德，满足每个学生受教育的需要，培养每个学生终身学习的习惯和能力。随着新课程改革力度的不断加大，对人才需求发生很大的变化，教育观念也应随之更新，教师基本素质的提高也势在必行。新形势对教师的新要求，除了爱岗敬业以外，更重要的是具有参与推进素质教育的相关能力，具有厚实的基础，能实现师生的再创造。现代教师的新角色应是学生发展的促进者、学习动机的激发者、学习资源的开发者、学习活动的组织者和参与者、课程的研究者和决策者、课堂氛围的营造者等新的角色，这是对现代教师提出的根本要求。 社会大力实施全面推进素质教育，这是教育改革发展的必然趋势。要想改变过去那种死板、僵化、模式化的教学方式，必须变单一的应试教育为全面的素质教育。在实施素质教育的过程中教师应该是主力军。因此教师的基本素质在实施素质教育中占有举足轻重的地位，提高教师的基本素质是教育改革的重要使命。本论文针对当今现代教师的基本素质以及提高教师基本素质进行了进一步的讨论和研究，从而着力全面提升教育领域中教师素质素养。 关键词：课程改革；教师；基本素质Abstract ：Implements the new turn curriculum reform is the time need, one of its goals is achieved raises students innovation ability and practice ability.
