For small and medium-sized enterprise, it only constant innovation can follow the pace of the times, the market economy knocked out, but the risks of innovation has been restricted small and medium-sized enterprise innovation of the big problem. This article from the present situation of small business, understand the middle and small enterprise innovation of the contents, methods and ways, analyzes the impact of its produce innovation risk factors. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the face of complex market environment, society and government support, inadequate financing channel such as the external weak infrastructure, innovation investment, inadequate management is not perfect, lack of innovation mechanism, innovation talent shortage is the influence of the innovation risk factors. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation risk reduce the effective way.
