摘要
针对水泥基材料自重大、抗拉强度低、抗裂性差及收缩变形大等缺点,对水泥轻舟船体材料进行试验研究。根据船体设计要求轻舟长6m,最大高度为40cm,最大宽度为80cm,船体厚度为1.2cm,载重量约550kg等特点,要求水泥轻舟材料表观密度在1600~1700kg/m3范围,抗压强度达到50.0MPa、抗折强度达到10.0MPa,且满足施工要求。
本课题通过选用高标号水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、普通河砂、陶砂、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、外加剂等原材料优化选择,并考虑水泥基材料良好的施工性能,进行对比实验、正交试验、验证性试验等方案选择。配制出流动性在159±5mm、抗压强度达到52.7MPa、抗折强度12.2MPa、表观密度在1630kg/m3,压折比为4.34的高强轻质水泥基船体材料。同时对该材料进行了微观结构分析,结果表明陶砂强度是决定该材料强度重要因素,并进行综合经济效益分析。

Abstract
The paper is mainly to conduct a series of experiments to do research on materials of concrete canoe hull. We aim to overcome such targeted drawbacks of cement-based materials as large deadweight, low tensile strength, poor cracking resistance and its great contraction and deformation. The requirements of the boat hull are as follows with its length of 6m, the maximum height of 40cm, maximum width of 80cm, the hull thickness of 1.2cm and it can reach the load of 550kg. In order to satisfy the above requirements, we need to make sure that the bulk density of the material ranges from 1600 kg/m3 to 1700 kg/m3, the compressive strength reaches 50.0MPa and the flexural strength should reach 10.0MPa.Still it has to meet the construction requirements.
The topic which based on the selected raw materials as high-grade cement, fly ash, silica fume, ordinary river sand, ceramic sand, dispersible polymer powders, polypropylene fibers and some additives, etc, and consider the good performance of cement-based materials, therefore producing cement mortar. We suppose to produce high strength and lightweight cement mortar with its mobility of about 159?mm, the compressive strength of 52.7MPa, the flexural strength of 12.2 MPa and its dry bulk density of 1630kg/m3. The ratio of compressive strength and flexura分l strength is 4.34.Then we need to do some microstructure analysis which shows that the strength of the ceramic sand has the main effect on its strength, finally we have to do some comprehensive economic and efficiency analysis.
