基于主成分分析的山葡萄果实品质评价研究∗

摘 要:为建立一套适合山葡萄资源的果实品质评价方法,并为优质山葡萄资源快速筛选及品种选育提供理
论参考,根据果实主要内在品质的差异,应用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对果汁颜色不同的14份山葡萄资源
进行了综合评价和分类。 结果表明:前3个主成分的累积方差贡献率为8909%;第1主成分主要由单宁、可
溶性糖、糖酸比和白藜芦醇决定;第2 主成分主要由原花青素和总黄酮决定;第3 主成分主要由可滴定酸决
定。 基于果实品质综合分值,14份山葡萄资源聚成3类,主成分分析法构建的综合评价体系揭示了果汁颜色
不同的山葡萄资源果实品质的差异。

Abstract:In order to establish a suitablefruit internal quality comprehensive evaluation system and
provide a theoretical basis for high quality amur grape resources of quick selecting and breeding,
seven quality⁃related physiological indexs of fourteen resources were measured. Advanced selection
and classification of fourteen resourceswere carried out by principal component analysis and cluster
analysis according to the differences in main quality characteristics. The results showed that the cu⁃
mulativeproportionoftheformerthreeprincipalcomponentswas8909%,thefirstprincipalcompo⁃
nent washighly connectedwith tannins,soluble sugar,sugar⁃acid rate and resveratrol;determining
the size of the second principal component was mainly procyanidins and total flavonoids;titratable
acid was an important contributor to the var
