武汉体育学院体育科技学院 学 士 学 位 论 文 浅析体育舞蹈教学中的激励艺术1210110104 姓 名 谢 刚 院 系 术 科 系 专 业 表 演 指导教师 周 晨 2015年 9 月 浅析体育舞蹈中的激励艺术 摘要：在体育舞蹈教学中，激励性艺术原则是教学的基本原则之一。它的提出有赖于激励理论的发展和应用，是教学激励艺术与时俱进的产物。贯彻这一激励艺术，必须做到：了解大学生的生理及心理特征，对应不同学生而采取不同的激励性艺术；对学生学习情况和成绩及时进行评价，并采取有效措施进行激励；培养学生自我激励能力，挖掘自身潜能。高效管理中，不同的激励方法，创造条件的，和学生的和创造性，和自身的发展相协调统一，教学质量 Analysis of the art of encouragement in sports dance Abstract: in the teaching of sports dance, the principle of incentive is one of the basic principles of teaching. It is proposed that the development and application of the incentive theory is the product of the art of teaching. To carry out this incentive, we must do: to understand the physiological and psychological characteristics of college students, and to take different students and take different incentive art; to evaluate students learning situation and performance, and to take effective measures to motivate, train students self motivation and tap their own potential. In the effective management, the creation of the conditions for the development of the art, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and students, to achieve higher teaching quality and purpose.
