宗教传播与社会治理 胡晓娟① 摘要 宗教传播是宗教走向世界和扩大影响力的关键一环。传播学视角研究宗教的传播方式和 策略，把握宗教传播规律，尤其是宗教传播的效果研究，对于改善宗教领域存在的问题，尤 其是提升社会治理水平具有一定的借鉴意义。近年来，随着“一带一路”的勃兴，中亚地区 的战略地位日益得到重视，作为东西方文化交流的必经之地，宗教传播的研究也避不开中亚 的影响。由佛教由中亚到中国的传播个案出发，可以分析中国佛教所带有的中亚特色，进而 掌握宗教传播的路径和策略，以及由此带来的客观效果，体会跨文化传播中文化交流的变迁 和烙印。宗教传播的多元方式对社会治理起到了积极的辅助作用，需要更加重视网络宗教传 播问题以及宗教非政府组织的作用，引导宗教传播良性运转。 关键词 宗教传播；社会治理；佛教；中亚；中国 Religious Transmission and Social Governance Abstract Religious communication is a critical component in reaching out to the world and expanding its influence. It will have some reference for improving the religious problems as well as enhancing the level of social governance to study the strategies and the propagation law of religious communication, especially effect research under the communication perspective. With the rise of One Belt and One Road, Central Asias strategic position has get more attention recently. As an essential stop between east and west, Central Asia is unavoidable for religious dissemination research. Starting with the case of the spread of Buddhism from Central Asia to China, it tries to master the way and the effect of religion spread and to understand the changes and brands of the cross-cultural communication. The various methods of religious communication provide effective help to social governance. The problem of network religion spread and the role of nongovernmental religion organizations should be taken seriously, as for the positive operation of religious communication.
