微创拔牙后即刻植入同种异体骨对牙槽嵴保存的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨微创拔牙后即刻植入同种异体骨对牙槽嵴保存的影响。方法：选取2014年 　　1月-2015年1月本院口腔科单根牙或前磨牙拔除患者75例（156颗患牙），全部患牙均在微创拔牙后即刻植入种植体，根据拔牙窝内即刻植入种植体的不同将其分为A、B、C、D组，A组拔牙窝内植入同种异体骨；B组拔牙窝内植入异体骨；C组拔牙窝内植入异质骨；D组拔牙窝内不植骨自然愈合，比较种植疗效、牙槽嵴骨量高度与宽度吸收值与牙龈乳头高度等指标差异。结果：A、B、C三组间种植成功率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；拔牙2、12周后，牙槽嵴骨量高度与宽度吸收值比较，A组明显低于B、C组，B、C组明显低于D组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；A、B、C组牙龈乳头0～Ⅰ级、Ⅳ级比例明显低于D组，牙龈乳头Ⅲ级比例明显高于D组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：微创拔牙后即刻植入同种异体骨有助于减少牙槽嵴骨量吸收，可作为牙槽嵴保存的理想手段之一，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 微创拔牙； 即刻植入； 同种异体骨； 牙槽嵴 　　Effect of Alveolar Ridge Preservation of Allogeneic Bone Immediate Implantation after Minimally Invasive Extraction/LUO Huan-di，YUAN Zhu-xuan，WANG Yu-ling，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（06）：040-044 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of alveolar ridge preservation of allogeneic bone immediate implantation after minimally invasive extraction.
