SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹＯＦＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ毕业论文一种马铃薯播种机的设计学 院： 农业工程与食品科学学院专 业： 农业机械化及其自动化 学生姓名： 亓继明 学 号：1011034019 指导教师： 郭志东 2014 年 6 月摘要在我国根据传统马铃薯的种植一般采用切块种植,这样就给马铃薯的机械化种植的推广带来一定的困难。最近几年,虽然出现了初具模型的马铃薯播种机,但性能和效率不是很近人意。主要存在的问题有重播和漏播、株距不均，这些问题直接导致马铃薯播种机难以推广。本设计是根据我国马铃薯的传统的种植工艺要求，设计出的一种马铃薯播种机器。该机器是在已整地条件一次性完成起垄、整平、开沟、播种、喷药等功能的联合作业的马铃薯播种机，从理论上可以大大减轻人工传统播种马铃薯的劳动强度，更是极大地提高了劳动作业效率。通过几种结构方案的对比分析，使得整体结构比较紧凑，实现多功能作业自动化完成。通过分析与计算整机的机构和工作参数，进一步优化机具设计。特别是对主要的工作部件进行了充分的的设计计算与修改，从理论上进一步优化了结构参数。关键词：马铃薯播种机；多功能；自动化AbstractAccording to the traditional potato cultivation in the country generally use diced planting , thus giving the promotion of mechanized planting potatoes bring some difficulties.
