摘 要 5S管理是现场管理的利器之一，本设计根据韶力电气机加工车间现场管理现状，运用5S理论对车间现场进行优化，使原来有员工仪容不整或穿着不整，生产现场脏、乱、差，原料、半成品、成品、整修品、报废品随意摆放，机器设备摆放不当，工具乱摆放，运料通道设置不当减少浪费、降低成本，提高效益产质量安全系数，保障安全生产5S管理；现场管理；现场优化 ABSTRACT 5S management is one of the very effective local management tools.
