序号（学号）： 民营中小企业财务问题分析 [摘 要] 中小企业作为一个复杂而特殊的经济主体已成为我国社会经济发展的重要增长点，并对劳动就业和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。但是，由于受产出规模小、资本匮乏、技术含量较低、受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响较大等因素的影响，中小企业在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况。财务管理问题已成为中小企业发展的瓶颈。本文首先通过对A公司的财务指标的分析，找出制约A公司发展的财务管理瓶颈问题，同时对产生这些问题的内部因素和外部因素进行分析，最后就如何解决该企业存在的问题提出了一些具体的建议。 [关键词] 民营中小企业 财务问题 财务管理 A公司 Analysis of the Financial Problem of Small and Medium-Sized Private Enterprises [Abstract] Small and medium-sized enterprises as a complicated and special economic subject has become an important growth point of Chinas social and economic development, and employment and social stability plays a role play a decisive role. However, due to the small scale of production, lack of capital, low technology content, the traditional system and external factors such as the macroeconomic impact of large, medium-sized and small enterprises exist and market economy and its development are not suited to the situation in financial management. Financial management problems have become the bottleneck of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Firstly, through the analysis of the financial index of A company, find out the bottleneck problem of restricting the development of financial management of A company, while the internal factors caused these problems and external factors were analyzed, finally puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to solve the problems.
