This design task is to complete a platen material bending machine design and the components design,design in the power box focus.Based on familiar sheet metal bending tensile theory,design principle of plate bending machine,calculate the relevant parameters,and determine the components and parts of the type,size and dynamic parameters.Drawing bending machine contact size map,the power box part assembly drawing and box part drawing,and the main parts are related to checking calculation. Plate and strip products thin and wide section determines the product has unique advantages in the production and application conditions.The device has a relatively compact structure and reliable performance,relative to the cost of production is relatively cheap,work efficiency.
