In 1981, 1982, 1984, 1985, and 1986 World Cup, world Championships and Olympic Games they won the championship, and because of it that the Chinese women’s national volleyball team has got a honor?of Five Consecutive Championships .;At that time,Lang ping,Sun Jinfang ,Zhang Rongfang, Chen Zhaodi,Chen Yaqiong,Liang Yan and so on were the famous athletes in the Chinese women’s national volleyball team who had helped the Chinese women’s national volleyball team get the five consecutive championships.;After won the 10th Word Women’s Volleyball Championship in Czechoslovakia in 1986,the grade of the Chinese women’s national volleyball teams has got slip down. Some famous athletes like Lang Ping,Liang Yan etc. has retired.;And in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the Chinese women’s national volleyball teams just get the seventh. So in 1995, Lang Ping was employed as a Chinese womens volleyball coach by Chinese Volleyball Association.And it was Lang Ping that led the Chinese womens volleyball team get out of the historic lows, and she helped the Chinese womens volleyball team get the Atlanta Olympic Games silver medal and the 13th world womens volleyball championships. But she still failed to lead the team win the world champion, so she resigned in 1998.;In 2001,the new coach called Chen Zonghe who has given the Chinese women’s national volleyball teams a new lives.He employed many new persons like Zhou Suhong, Feng Kun, Liu Yanan, Zhao Ruirui,and Yang Hao etc..In the 9th Word Cup, the Chinese womens volleyball team won the 11 matches and eventually they got the championship. ;In 2004, the Chinese Womens Volleyball Team got the Athens Olympic Games gold medal which had lost 20 years in the Olympic.
