摘 要 卫东涵闸修建在逊克县黑龙江边车堤防21+715桩号。本次设计堤防标准按二十年一遇洪水设计，通过水利计算及稳定计算确定堤顶高程110.75m，堤顶宽6m，上、下游边坡均为1：3。新建穿堤涵闸设计流量19.3m/s,堤后设闸门。当外江水位超过十年一遇洪水位108.35m时，涵闸关门。卫东涵闸的设计，由于过水流量比较大，并结合当地地形地质条件、水流条件及施工条件，采用双孔箱涵，尺寸为2m×2m，可采用现场浇筑的钢筋混凝土结构。涵闸配筋时，须验算裂缝的开展宽度及最大裂缝宽度，不应小于要求。涵闸的挡土墙采用悬臂式挡土墙。 关键词 水利工程；涵闸；涵洞；悬臂式挡土墙Abstract Weidong Culvert Gate is built at Bianche Dam which is in Xunke county of Heilongjiang.The Standards of this design is designed as one in 20 years.The height of the dam is 110.75m,and the top of dam is 6m.The slope of upstream and downstream as 1:3.Flow as design is 19.3m2/s,gate built behind the dam.Whil
