神华准能公司哈尔乌素露天矿二采区 年产400万吨开采设计方案 摘 要 本次毕业设计为神华集团准能公司哈尔乌素露天矿二采区年产400万吨开采设计。设计根据境界剥采比小于等于经济合理剥采比（nj=8m3/t）的原则，圈定了露天矿开采境界。计算了开采境界内的煤量和岩量，确定了露天矿合理边坡角。 设计采用的工艺系统为挖掘机采装——汽车运输——推土机排土的间断式工艺，开拓方式选取公路移动坑线开拓。前期外排，后期内排的排土方法。 选用YZ—55型牙轮钻机对岩层和煤层进行中深孔爆破，采装设备选用191M和WB—600型挖掘机采装，运输设备选用LN-392型自卸汽车和BEJIA3-7521型自卸汽车运输，排土设备选用T2-120SH排土。计算了各种设备的生产能力和数量。 设计确定了开采方法和开采参数，经过技术比较，选取了开采方案，确定了拉沟位置。对生产剥采比进行了均衡，编写了矿山工程进度计划，列出露天矿主要技术经济指标。制定了矿山工作制度。 关键词：露天开采、公路开拓、设备选型、剥采比均衡、进度计划。 Shenhua-Haer Wu companies to the mining area of open-pit mine with an annual output of 6 million tons exploitation of design options Abstract This graduation design is for the Shenhua Group of shendong Branch Haer Wu-Open-pit coal mining area with an annual output of 6 million tons .
