第二届绿色通信与网络国际会议（GCN2016） 　　第二届绿色通信与网络国际会议 第二届绿色通信与网络国际会议GCN2016正在征稿中，欢迎投稿。GCN2016已经全部Ei检索，其检索截图如下： General Information? nd International Conference on Green Communications and Networks (GCN2016) will be held on December 12-14,2016, in Chongqing, China, which is organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanyang Technological University, BeiHang University , Peking University,University of Science and Technology Beijing,Foundations of Artificial Intelligent Specialized Committee,Hunan Institute of Engineering,Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence (FSCCAAI) and sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). GCN01will be a venue for leading academic and industrial researchers to exchange their views, ideas and research results on innovative technologies and sustainable solutions leading to greener communications and networks. The conference will feature keynote speakers, a panel discussion and paper presentations. The objective of GCN01is to facilitate an exchange of information on best practices for the latest research advances in the area of green communications and networks, which mainly includes the intelligent control, or efficient management, or optimal design of access network infrastructures, home networks, terminal equipment, and etc. GCN01will provide a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the most innovative research and development including technical challenges, social and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of advanced green communications and networks engineering. The accepted papers will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (EI index, ISSN: 1876-1100) (Pending)series, which should be indexed by EI and ISTP according the previous LNEE proceedings index results. Selected papers (about0-100) will be published by several special issues in well-known international journals (S
