绿色贸易壁垒对西部地区的影响及对策分析 摘要 绿色壁垒作为一种新兴的贸易保护措施，现在已被大多数国家所采用。由于绿色壁垒的环保效应，其在环保观念日益深入人心的未来不仅不会被削弱，相反会被日益强化。现阶段，在贸易与环境的矛盾下，绿色贸易壁垒己成为非关税壁垒中的重要的贸易政策工具，在国际贸易中的作用日益凸显，对发展中国家出口贸易的影响越来越大。作为中国三大经济区域之一的西部地区必定要在激烈的国际贸易竞争中受到重大影响。而专门针对西部这一特定区域如何应对绿色壁垒的研究是少之又少。随着绿色壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响越来越大，研究西部地区如何应对绿色壁垒才能在激烈的国际竞争中取胜将具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文系统的介绍了绿色贸易壁垒的概念、成因、特点、表现形式等。然后结合西部地区对外贸易的现状并通过一些案例分析了绿色贸易壁垒对西部地区的影响，最后针对这些影响提出了一些对策。 [关键词] 绿色壁垒 西部地区 影响 措施 ABSTRACT Green Barrier as a new trade protection measures, has now been adopted by most countries.
