DEFINITIONS The following terms shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings respectively assigned to them as follows: 1.1) “Dry Basis” refers to Iron Ore dried at 105 degrees Centigrade. 1.2) “Natural Basis” refers to Iron Ore in natural wet state. 1.3) “Dry Metric Ton” (hereinafter referred to as “DMT”) means a metric ton of Iron Ore dried at 105 degrees Centigrade. 1.4) “Wet Metric Ton” (hereinafter referred to as “WMT”) means a metric ton of Iron Ore in its natural state. 1.5) “Dollars” and “Cents” mean respectively dollars and cents in lawful money of the United States of America. 1.6) “Unit” means each 1% of Iron (Fe) in one DMT. 1.7) “CIQ” hereinafter refers to China Inspection Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China at Discharge Ports.
