南 京 工 程 学 院 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 宋显 学 号： 048812209023 学院（系、部）： 材料工程学院 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 路由器盒盖塑料注射模具设计 指导者： 汤小东 评阅者： 2014年 4 月  毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 现代模具行业是技术、资金密集型的行业，模具行业的发展，可以带动制造业的蓬勃发展。本文介绍了注塑模的发展近况，对塑件进行分析，根据所学知识对注塑设备、模架、分型面、浇口位置的选择，以及模具重要零部件的详细设计过程及相关尺寸的计算，开模过程分析等，通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识，通过对Pro/e、CAD等软件的学习，完成设计零件的三维实体造型以及模具设计；利用Moldflow 软件模拟对塑件进行分析，在模拟基础上进行优化设计；完成型腔设计，主要包括定动模、浇道及浇注系统、冷却系统等；完成模架和推出机构的设计，主要包括动定模底座、推板、推板固定板、斜顶、推杆、浇口导套以及支承板零件的设计。 关键词：模具设计、工艺分析、结构设计 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Topic The plane opening laps Progressive forming process and the Progressive Die Design Abstract Modern mould industry is technology, capital concentrated model industry, the development of mold industry, can promote the vigorous development of manufacturing industry. This paper introduces the recent development of injection mold, plastic parts are analyzed, on the basis of knowledge of injection equipment, mold, parting line, gate location choice, as well as the mold parts of the detailed design process and the correlation dimension calculation, mold process analysis, through the design, may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding, through the Pro / E, CAD software such as study, completed the design of parts of the three-dimensional solid modeling and the mold design; Moldflow software was used to simulate the plastic parts were analyzed, based on simulation optimization design; complete cavity design, mainly including the moving die, sprue and pouring system, cooling system; completed die and introduced the design of institutions, including the moving mould base, a push plate, push plate fixing plate, inclined top, push rod, a guide sleeve and a supporting plate gate parts design.
