摘 要 摘 要 新闻评论的文化环境和其他亚文化系统一样，包括物质文化环境、制度文化环境和 心理文化环境三个子系统。它们当中任何一个子系统的存在都以其他两个子系统为前 提，从而构成不可分割的三位一体。这个系统的表层是实体的物质文化环境，即媒介文 化；这个系统的中介层次是制度文化环境，即文化制度；这个系统的里层是心理文化环 境，即文化知识与人文精神。 媒介文化环境，就是由报纸、广播、电视、互联网等大众传播媒介所营造的文化信 息传播环境。媒介文化环境是新闻评论产生和发展的物质基础。媒介文化环境包括两个 方面的内容：即媒介工具环境和媒介内容环境。作为工具，媒介制约和影响着新闻评论 的语体风格、说理手段，也制约着新闻评论与受众的互动关系。作为媒介内容，新闻评 论是一种整合信息的方式，新闻评论为受众提供最具原创魅力的独家观点，新闻评论也 是国家引导舆论的重要载体。 制度文化环境是新闻评论产生和发展的思想基础。新闻评论的生存与发展，依赖于 一个国家的文化制度环境。在严酷的文化政策环境中，往往不会产生真正意义上的新闻 评论。作为政治战线和思想战线重要舆论载体的新闻评论，是伴随着文化制度的渐趋宽 松而得以产生并发展壮大的。 新闻评论的心理文化环境包括新闻评论所倚赖的文化知识与人文精神。新闻评论是 一种文化，它属于“雅文化”、“高端文化”，其产生与发展需要一定的文化知识环境。 另外，新闻评论与人文精神共生共存，因为，新闻评论体现了一种启蒙精神，新闻评论 体现了一种批判精神，新闻评论体现了批评者的独立精神。 关键词 新闻评论 物质文化环境 制度文化环境 心理文化环境 I Abstract Abstract The cultural environment of news analysis is the same as other Alvin systems, including three subsystems : material cultural environment , system cultural environment and psychological cultural environment. The existence of any subsystem all regard other two subsystems as the prerequisite among them, thus form inalienable the Trinity. The top layer of the system is material cultural environment, i.e. media culture; The intermediary level of this system is the system cultural environment, i.e. cultural system; The inner layer of this system is psychological cultural environment, i.e. cultural knowledge and humane spirit . Media cultural environment, the cultural information dissemination environment built by mass media such as newspaper , broadcast , TV and Internet web.
