届毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 年 月 毕业设计（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 双筒液压减震器外特性试验台架设计 学生姓名： 指导教师： 摘 要 根据试验台架发展和目前市场发展，设计本试验台架能够在控制成本和结构简单的基础上实现对双筒式减振器外特性的合理测试。主要功能为测试减振器的示功图曲线和速度特性曲线关系。在进行减振器结构原理分析的基础上，设计试验台架各部分。主要分为整机机柜系统，外部动力传输系统和计算机系统三部分。本次设计主要只涉及包含机械系统的部分，即机柜系统和外部动力传输系统。由移动平台，导轨及夹装装置组成减振器运动部分。传动系统由可调曲柄滑块机构组成。最终能够实现对一定范围内的不同型号减振器进行外特性测试。 关键词：试验台架 外特性 机械系统 传动系统 测试范围  The Design of Double Tube Hydraulic Shock Absorber’s External Characteristic Test Bench Student: Advisor: Abstract According to the test platform development and the development of the market at present, the design of this test-bed is able to control the cost and simple structure on the basis of a reasonable test of the external characteristic of double shock absorber. The main function for the test of shock absorber indicator diagram curve and speed characteristic curve. On the basis of the principle of shock absorber structure is analyzed, the design of test-bed is the parts. Mainly divides into the machine cabinet system, external power transmission system and the computer system of three parts. This design mainly involves only contains the part of the mechanical system, namely the cabinet system. By the mobile platform, guide and clamp device simulation working condition of shock absorber parts. Driving system consists of adjustable slider-crank mechanism. Finally able to testing different types of shock absorber, and forecast analysis on process and result of the test.
