政务服务中心论文：龙泉驿区政务服务中心发展模式研究 【中文摘要】政务服务中心是我国建设服务政府的重要载体,是我国在行政审批制度上的重大改革,是我国地方政府治理模式的重要创新,我国从上个世纪末开始探索建设,现己成为普遍趋势,全国各地绝大部分市县两级政府均设立了政务服务中心。其具体实践和理论支撑也成为众多学者研究的焦点。本文参考已有的研究成果,选择龙泉驿区政务服务中心为例,对政务服务中心发展模式进行探讨。全文内容共分五章。第一章交待、意义,论文的基本思路及主要内容,使用的研究方法和路线。第二章交待国内、国外研究综述。第三章交待我国政务服务中心发展现状及主要特点,同时以龙泉驿区为例,着重分析政务服务中心存在的问题。第四章对未来发展模式进行了论述,分别从改进审批方式,大力发展电子政务,健全监督方式及可能出现的政策制度方面的问题方面进行探讨。第五章得出结论。希望通过对政务服务中心发展模式的研究能对今后政务服务中心的建设和发展提供有价值的参考。 【英文摘要】Government Affairs Service Center is one of an important carrier to build for service-oriented government. And it is also an important innovation and reform in governance administrative examination and approval system. Is also an important sign in local government improved governance. China from the last century began to explore the construction of service-oriented government, and now became a common trend, Government Affairs Service Center were established in most cities and countries. This paper reference to existing research and choose Longquanyi government affairs service center as example, to further research on the development direction of service-oriented government.Full-text content is divided into five chapters, First Chapter explains the background, the meaning, the basic ideas and the main content, methods and routes used in the study. The second chapter confessed domestic and foreign Research on service-oriented government. The further chapter focuses on the features of service-oriented government, Longquanyi Government Affairs Service Center will be taken as example to dig out the existing problems. In addition chapter will discuss the future trends of such government.
