编号 本科生毕业设计（论文 题目： 学院 专业 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 　　　　　　 二〇一〇年六月  摘要 在经济全球化不断加剧、市场竞争日趋激烈的环境下，企业的发展逐渐由对内部资源的管理转化到对外部资源的管理需求，企业传统的采购模式已经显得非常落后，也远远不能达到降低供应链总成本、提高供应链整体运作效率的管理要求。因此，JIT采购作为供应链研究和企业管理创新的又一重要手段，越来越值得各类企业予以关注和探讨。 本文首先回顾了供应链和采购的相关理论，通过分析上海华北科技有限公司采购管理模式，并结合了国内外先进企业的准时采购成功案例阐释了在供应链环境下实施准时采购的特点和优势。最后对对华北科技如何实施准时采购提出了一些建议。 关键词：采购；供应链；准时化 ABSTRACT Growing economic globalization, an increasingly competitive market environment, the gradual development of enterprises by the internal resources to the management of external resources into the management needs, enterprises have been the traditional procurement model is very backward, but also far from being able to reduce the total supply chain costs and improve overall operational efficiency of supply chain management requirements.
