工作及福利制度简介Work Benefits Policies 工资于每月5日发放至你的银行帐户内。Pay day: every 5th of the month 加班 Overtime 如你需要加班，可得到调休或领取规定的加班津贴。 If you are eligible for overtime, you may be given time-off in lieu of overtime, or be paid in accordance with the statutory rates. 为确保酒店全天候运营，部分员工需在不同的时间段工作。这也是酒店聘用员工的一个条件。工作总时间总计为每周5个工作日工作40小时。 Hotel work requires work schedules to be based on a 24-hour operation. Some employees will be on shift duty and this will be a condition of employment. Employees are required to work 40 hours per week. 加班享受调休或补贴规定 Allowance or Time off in Lieu 通宵班员工：日基本工资 20％ Overnight shift: 20% daily basic salary 两头班员工：12元/天 Split shift: RMB 12 / per day 加班补贴： 工作日加班可获调休或标准工资 150％ 150% of daily standard salary for normal working days 休息日加班可获调休或标准工资 200％ 200% of daily standard salary for Days-off 国定假期加班可获标准工资 300％ 300% of daily standard salary for Public Holidays 加班工作的调休应在60天内实行。 Compensation time off will be granted for overtime work, it should be claimed within 60 days. 除法定假日上班, 加班补贴对副经理级或以上职位不适用。 Overtime compensation does not pertain to management level positions and above.
