5000m3/d污水处理厂环境影响报告书 摘 要 本设计主要内容是5000m3/d污水处理厂环境影响报告书的编制。环境影响评价是指对对规划和建设项目实施后可能造成的环境影响进行分析、预测和评估，提出预防或者减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施，并进行跟踪监测的方法与制度。本报告通过对拟建项目的了解以及对拟建场地的实地调查，确定环境评价因子；报告以相关法律依据和技术依据为基础，对拟建项目评价范围内的自然环境、社会环境、环境空气、地表水、声环境质量现状进行调查和评价，并通过对污水处理厂的产污环节进行分析，提出污染防治措施，力求通过环境影响评价将对环境可能产生的不良影响降至最低，实现经济、社会、环境的协调发展。对于环评报告书的评价方法力求实事求是、科学严谨、客观公正；提出的环保措施力求技术可靠、经济合理。 关键词：污水处理厂，环境影响评价，评价因子，污染防治措施，协调发展 5000m3/d sewage treatment plant environmental impact report ABSTRACT The main contents of this design is the 5000m3/d system of sewage treatment plant of the environmental impact report.
