新时期教师专业发展的机制与途径研究 摘 要 新时期社会的发展需要优秀人才作支撑，而优秀人才的培养则依赖于高品质的教育，最后高品质的教育又取决于教师专业的发展。教师作为教学的主导者，其专业化水平发展的程度，不仅决定着教学质量的高低，而且关系着一个国家教育发展的水平。当前，我国教育发展中的重要任务是教育现代化和新时期课程改革。其中，新时期的教育改革为教师的专业化发展提供了明确的方向，反过来讲教师的专业化发展也促进着教育改革的推行。另外，在日常的教学实践过程中，新时期的课程改革也为教师专业化发展提供了新的途径。因此，本文关于新时期教师专业化发展的机制和途径研究，是一个非常现实且富有社会意义的问题。 本文“新时期教师专业化发展机制和途径研究”是以新课改系列要求为基点，参考了国内外关课改研究成果，借问卷调查呈现的问题及分析，阐述了教师专业化机制和途径，并着重从教师管理制度、教师个体、群体等各个层次入手研究了如何实现并促进新时期教师专业化发展。 个体教师专业发展应按照新课改的要求，结合自身的特点，并遵循教师成长与专业化发展的规律，最终来筹划制定合适的发展途径。本文在实地调研和分析的基础上，总结阐述了教学反思、教材编制、案例研究、课题研究等教师专业化发展方法及意义。在教师群体专业化发展途径研究中，我们首先进行了组织形式的分析，然后对教师群体专业化发展的途径做了具体阐述。 教师专业发展不仅需要教师自身的不懈努力，也需要学校内部的政策、体制、机制等方面的保障。本文在健全组织机构，完善培训制度，促进教师之间的交流与合作，建立新的调研制度，评价制度等方面做了系统研究，并得出有利于教师专业发展的机制。 总的来说，本研究为教师个体和群体专业发展阐明了途径，并提供了新时期教师专业化发展的对策。研究表明，专业实践是教师专业发展的有效途径，其核心内容是“反思”与“合作”。在专业发展进程中，个体与群体的发展是不可分割的有机整体，新时期教师专业发展，不仅需要个体的发展，更需要群体的合作发展。 关键词：新时期的教育改革 教师专业化 调研 机制与途径 对策 Abstract In the new period, the development of the society needs the talented person to make the support, but the talented persons training depends on the high quality education, the final high quality education is decided by the teacher professional development.
