However, due to the heavy burden of history and institutional problems, credit cooperatives in the whole situation is still not adapt to the new agricultural and rural economic development. Accelerating the reform of credit cooperatives is better to develop the rural economy. Rural financial service system reform and innovation, to protect the development of agricultural finance, and to ensure the smooth progress of agricultural production and promote sustainable development in agriculture is important. First, from the Fujian and the development of rural credit cooperatives started to study the reform of the status quo, the focus of reform has been achieved, that is, optimization and management system to enhance competitiveness are described.
