Costumers Surveys and Analysis In order to obtain costumer satisfaction with 7-Eleven MUST, we created a questionnaire to do costumer survey. The results reflect advantages and disadvantages about 7-Eleven MUST. All of our data are real, and all the respondents come from MUST. Personal Information Most of the respondents are year two students. Also 13.33% junior respondents. Service More than half of the customers are “generally satisfied” 16.67% of customers not satisfied at all. Fast Food satisfaction Serving Time 70.49% generally satisfied with the serving time 24.59% think the fast food is not “fast” Hygiene 31.67% of students agree the food is “clean” 8.33% disappointed with the hygiene Fast Food satisfaction Fast Food satisfaction Reason Process, food source and environment are the main reasons that cause dissatisfaction. Other reasons No standarlized hygiene standars The cooked food place in open environment for too long.
