台州市上盘镇西兰花产业对策和措施研究-本科.docVIP

上盘镇是全国最大的冬季和春季西兰花生产中心和重要的国际西兰花生产基地之一，生产面积达到多亩，占浙江省的50%，占全国的25%。西兰花产业作为出口导向型产业，很容易受到国际贸易风波的影响。本论文首先分别分析了日本西兰花生产情况、我国各地的西兰花生产情况及上盘镇西兰花生产情况等，并指出上盘镇西兰花产业发展具备得天独厚的自然资源和技术优势，拥有很强的综合竞争实力。接着分析了上盘镇西兰花的生产规模、市场行情和农户的经济效益收入等，同时指出台州西兰花产业正在不断的深入发展，营销网络也在快速发展中，西兰花产业逐渐组织化、正规化等特点。同时也存在着一些暂时不可避免的问题，如急需培养新型农民；迫切需要农业科技体系的技撑；现行政策法规存在执行力度不到位的问题；品牌意识不强；种子完全依赖进口国外等。 本论文针对台州市上盘镇西兰花产业在发展的过程中存在的不足和缺点，提出具体的对策和措施促进上盘镇西兰花产业发展：(1)培育新型农民。(2)加强农业科技服务体系建设。(3)加强品牌建设。(4)加大西兰花种子科研力度。(5)提高西兰花出口综合竞争力。(6)提高农业生产者的组织化程度；（7）积极引进工商资本，培育龙头企业。(8)实行全程技术与质量安全检测；（9）建立综合信息服务平台 (10)细化目标市场，建立市场检测预报系统。 关键词：上盘镇 西兰花 产业 对策  Abstract Upside town is one of the countrys largest winter and spring broccoli production center and one of the important production base of international broccoli, production area of mu, accounting for 50% of zhejiang province, accounted for 25% of the country.Broccoli as an export-oriented industry, is vulnerable to storm the influence of international trade.This paper first analyzes the Japanese respectively production situation of broccoli, broccoli production situation of our country and in broccoli production plate, etc., and points out that in broccoli plate industry development has the unique natural resources and technological advantages, with strong comprehensive competitive strength.Then analyzed in broccoli plate production scale, market and economic benefits of farmers income, etc., at the same time points out the further development of taizhou broccoli industry is increasingly, the marketing network is rapidly developing, broccoli industry gradually organized and regularization, etc.At the same time it still has some inevitable problems temporarily, such as the need to cultivate new farmers;An urgent need to agricultural science and technology system technical support;The existing problems inadequate enforcement of policies and regulations;Brand awareness is not strong;Seeds totally dependent on imported abroad, etc.This paper aimed at taizhou in broccoli disk industry in the proce
