摘 要 　　质量管理小组活动作为一种质量改进方法，自1978年引进我国后，现已在各行各业发挥了巨大的作用。QC小组围绕企业经营战略、方针目标和现场存在的问题，以改进质量、降低消耗、提高素质和经济效益为目的，运用质量管理的理论和方法开展活动。QC小组活动为企业带来经济效益和业绩的改善，同时为企业培养和锻炼了技术和管理方面的人才。 　　建筑行业是一个质量问题多发的行业，如何才能结合行业的特点，利用企业现有资源，充分发挥QC小组的作用？本文从QC小组的起源说起，系统的阐述了QC活动的相关概念、活动目标、开展的程序、方法和活动开展中存在的一些误区、活动的发展方向，以及成功开展QC活动的几点建议，并以如何有效控制地下室大体积混凝土裂缝为例，论述了日建集团是如何成功运用QC小组这一质量改进形式来控制施工过程中混凝土裂缝这一质量问题的。本文对推行和开展QC小组活动具有现实的指导意义。 关键词：质量管理 QC小组 建筑行业 活动程序 PDCA循环 ABSTRACT Quality control group as a quality improvement method introduced in China since 1978, is now in all walks of life played a significant role.
