Economics A study for the Evaluation System of harmonious between Industrialization and Urbanization Candidate: Tian Ya-Juan Supervisor: Prof. Dong Zheng-Xin Academic Degree Applied for: Master of Economics Specialty: Statistics University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: June, 2006 摘 要 摘 要 工业化与城市化协调发展一直是学术界讨论的热点问题。近年来各国特别是发展中 国家都在大力推进城市化进程，快速城市化成为发展中国家的首要任务。对于发展中国 家来说，以工业化来推进城市化的发展成为一种普遍接受的发展方式。目前对于中国来 说，工业化与城市化的协调发展，不仅是加快工业化和城市化各自进程的重要手段，也 是实现经济发展的最佳路径。所以对于城市化与工业化发展关系的正确认识，成为我们 制定经济发展战略、引导经济持续稳定发展的必要前提。但由于采用的比较指标和统计 口径的差异，学术界对二者关系的认识说法不一，因而我们认为有必要对工业化与城市 化协调发展关系的评价方法进行研究。本文从分析工业化与城市化交互作用的规律入 手，在对二者协调发展内涵的认知下，引入协调度概念，选取适当的统计指标，构建了 基于协同论、系统论思想的协调发展评价体系。并对我国最近十年工业化与城市化的协 调发展状况进行分析，发现随着市场经济体制逐渐完善，二者的发展关系正在从不协调 到协调发展转变，而且协调发展程度越来越高。 关键词 工业化 城市化 协调发展 评价体系 I Abstract Abstract The Coordination development of Industrialization and Urbanization is always the hot topic in academic circles.
