煤炭企业设备管理方法与应用研究.pdf

摘 要 随着我国煤炭工业的迅速发展，煤炭企业设备的现代化水平日益提高，正朝着大型化、 复杂化、精密化的方向发展。设备管理也正由原来的低水平向制度化、标准化、系列化和程 序化发展，成为煤炭企业管理工作的重要环节。本文从剖析设备管理理论及发展趋势入手， 深入分析了我国煤炭企业设备管理的现状，并针对煤炭企业设备维修、备件管理、设备租赁 及设备信息化管理等方面存在的关键问题展开了深入研究：首先，综合运用 DEA 基本模型 和交叉评价模型对煤炭企业设备维修效率评价进行了实证研究，找出影响煤炭企业设备维修 效率的主要原因；其次，提出了基于 VMI 的区域煤炭企业备件实体联合库存储备和面向煤 炭行业的积压备件虚拟库存信息平台两种备件库存管理模式；接下来，将设备租赁市场化经 营体系引入煤炭企业，提出了开放式激励型设备租金核算方法，并构建了设备租赁过程博弈 模型，得出了博弈各方的整体最优均衡策略；最后，结合煤炭企业设备管理的特点，构建了 具有架构开放性、应用集成性、流程协同性、决策智能性的煤炭企业设备管理信息系统平台。 关键词：设备管理、维修效率、备件库存、设备租赁、信息系统 Abstract With the rapid development of the national coal industry, there has been an increasing modernization in the plants of coal enterprises, that is, the plants of coal enterprises will be more and more large-scale, complicated and exact, which has caused the systemization, standardization and normalization of the plant management from the original lower level, forming a significant part of the operating management of coal enterprises. This dissertation gives a thorough analysis on plant management, including the historical theories of it, the development trend of it, and the present situation of plant management in the national coal enterprises and then makes deep researches on some critical issues, such as the plant maintenance, the management of spare parts, the plant lease issues and the management on the plant information system, etc.. Firstly, we make empirical researches on the evaluation issue of the plant maintenance efficiency using DEA Model and finds out the main factors affecting he plant maintenance efficiency in the coal enterprises; secondly, we give two patterns on the management of spare parts, named United Stock Reserves of Regional Entities Based on VMI and the Coal Enterprises-Oriented Virtual Information System On Overstock; then, we set up a opened calculation model on the measurement of i
